Match De-Brief

In our Cherry Red Records Combined Counties Football League Premier Division North game against EGham Town, neither side could break the deadlock, in a game that saw the Lions the most likely to liven up the game.

The Lions had a number of chances that unfortunately hit the post and crossbar, on a day where luck was on neither teams side.

UPDATE ON ABANDONED ASCOT GAME

On the 18th September, our game vs Ascot United was abandoned late on in the game due to a serious head injury suffered to Ethan Tyrer, thankfully Ethan ended up with no serious injury than initially feared and was soon back playing.

Given the abandonment, the league has decided that the match result will remain as it was at the time of abandonment, meaning a 1-1 draw, with points shared.
