Back on the Road

This weekend our senior team are back on the road to resume their Combined Counties league campaign, with a fixture against Reading City FC kicking off at the usual Saturday 3pm time, as the Lions look to build on the previous 2-2 draw back at Vale Farm.

Keep your eyes out for the match preview soon… ✍️

Young Lions exit League Cup

Our Young Lions who ply their trade in the Allied Counties Youth Football League East Division, entered their respective league cup and got drawn away to Holmer Green’s U18’s.

As the Young Lions attempted to progress in the completion, unfortunately Holmer Green proved too much for the Lions on this occasion as Holmer won the game 5-0 to progress to the next round.

Our U18’s then resumed their league action away to Hillingdon Bouroughs U18’s Blue team, but unfortunately couldn’t wrangle the first league victory of the season, as Hillingdon steamed ahead in the second half to win 7-1.
